SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - Rumors of a new Qdoba Mexican Grill coming to Sheboygan are apparently true.  Sheboygan is to get a Qdoba Mexican Grill near the city’s south side Wal-Mart.  Chad Pelishek, the city Development Director, said, “Residents have been inquiring about when this franchise chain will enter the market for a number of years, and we are happy they have decided to come to Sheboygan.”  The city’s Architectural Review Board will meet on Monday at 4pm to discuss the construction of a new tenant multi-tenant facility near Wal-Mart on Taylor Drive.
