SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man has been formally charged with 3 counts of felony identity theft for allegedly stealing over $4,000 from his employer recently.  22 year old Tyler Couch was charged Monday in Sheboygan County Court after the owners of the Twisted Root Restaurant contacted police.  According to the criminal complaint, Couch would void transactions in the accounting system, and pocket the cash that customers had paid.  Over $4,200 was stolen from the business.  Couch is facing up to 6 years in prison on each count if convicted.
