WAUKESHA, Wis. (WHBL) - A 74 year old man is reportedly in custody following an apparent standoff in Waukesha Tuesday afternoon. Local TV stations report the area of E. Racine and Guthrie Road were blocked off. Sources say there are two victims involved, and police were telling residents in the area to stay inside until the matter is resolved.
