SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Manitowoc woman has entered pleas of not guilty to charges of prostitution, bail jumping and possession of marijuana and faces a jury trial in December.  30 year old Heather Soto appeared this week in Sheboygan County Court and waived her preliminary hearing.  Authorities said Soto was arrested last month after a Sheboygan detective spotted her ad on a website and arranged for an encounter in the city of Sheboygan, where she was promptly arrested.  The prostitution and drug charge are misdemeanors, while the bail jumping charge is a felony.  Soto remains free on $250 bail.
