SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan teen is facing felony charges after allegedly having sexual contact with an 8 year old boy.  17 year old Matthew Pentek was formally charged Tuesday in Sheboygan County Court after the child’s mother went to police.  According to the criminal complaint, the mother found Pentek and her 8 year old son in the basement.  Penteck was making the child touch him inappropriately and, when she came downstairs, he quickly got up and ran away.  When officers confronted Pentek, he’d admitted to the sexual acts, and told investigators it had happened before.  If convicted, he’s facing 60 years in prison.
