SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man was hospitalized early Tuesday morning after he was talking with a friend about committing suicide and police were called in.  Sgt. Scott Mittelstadt said officers cordoned off the area at Union Avenue and South Business Drive and were able to talk with the man.
