SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Milwaukee man will spend two years in prison for a fatal shooting which occurred in the city of Sheboygan last June. 27 year old Ronnie Polk shot and killed his half-brother, 2 year old Brandon Davis, following an argument concerning gang activity. Polk claimed he didn't know the gun was loaded. Judge James Bolgert sentenced Polk to 5 years of probation on the 2nd degree reckless homicide charge, and 2 years in prison for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
