SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A turkey took out power to about 1500 customers near Cedar Grove this morning. A spokesperson from WE Energies says power was restored in under an hour for most of the customers but about 45 homes were out for a longer period of time while WE Energies finalized repairs on the line. Those customers were restored just before 10am. A wild turkey apparently flew into a high voltage line near Sauk Trail Road and Amsterdam road around 8am.
