SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - The two Milwaukee men and a Chicago man involved in the domestic incident, in which shots were fired at an apartment in Sheboygan Falls, appeared for their preliminary hearings in Sheboygan County Court Wednesday. Andrew Lee and Andreaius Lucas, both of Milwaukee, were both shot in the legs by 27 year old Charles Chew at an apartment on Rangeline Road last week Monday morning. Both Lee and Lucas waived their preliminary hearings and requested a jury trial for their part in the altercation. A Sheboygan Falls police officer testified at Chew's hearing, and told the court that he showed up as the two Milwaukee men were leaving with Chew's ex-girlfriend following the altercation, and had to take a metal bar from Chew as he was still purusing the Milwaukee men out of the parking lot. Following the hearing, Judge Angela Sutkiewicz ruled there was enough evidence for a trial. The Milwaukee men had gone to help Chew's ex-girlfriend remove her belongings from the apartment, as she had recently moved out. A fight broke out, and Chew began firing throughout the apartment and into the parking lot. Chew is facing 10 years in prison for recklessly endangering safety. The other two men are facing felony battery charges. No trial date has been set. Chew is being held in the county jail, but Lee and Lucas are out on a $5,000 signature bond.
