WALDO, Wis. (WHBL) - Alice In Dairyland will be in Waldo on Friday to cut down the first Christmas tree of the season. John Bigler owns Rolling Hills Tree Farm, and he says Alice will have a crowd when she cuts down the tree at 10am. After the tree is harvested, the children will enjoy cookies, hot chocolate, and learn more about the Christmas tree industry. There are over 400 licensed Christmas tree growers in Wisconsin alone. This year’s tree will be donated to the Random Lake Grade School.
