SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - The Sheboygan Fire Department had a busy morning Friday.  First they were called to 1052 Weeden Creek Road shortly after 9 o’clock for a fire in the basement.  Firefighters found that clothes behind a dryer had ignited and they quickly extinguished it. Fifteen minutes later they were called to the 2600 block of Erie Avenue and encountered smoke on the second floor.  Firefighters found the fire, which damaged a wall, and put it out.  Damage is estimated at $6,000,  No word on the cause.
