FRANKLIN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Cleveland man was seriously injured Friday night in a single-vehicle accident at Franklin in the town of Herman.  The Sheriff’s Department said 48 year old Dale Bathke was headed north on Franklin Road when his pickup left the road, hit a tree, then continued on, hitting several trees and boulders before coming to rest against a boulder in a front yard.  Bathke was taken by ambulance to the airport and then flown to Theda Clark in Neenah with serious injuries.  He was also cited for drunk driving.
