SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - Fire did an estimated $20,000 damage to the Tower Wash on 14th and Erie Monday afternoon.  Shift Commander Keith Risse says they received a 911 call around 1:30 of a fire in the car wash.  A fire was ignited when a flammable liquid was accidentally spilled by the building's owner and then started on fire when a light broke.  The fire was quickly put out, but damaged four tires, some equipment, and a control panel.
