SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - Two Sheboygan teens charged in the gruesome murder of an elderly Sheboygan Falls woman - the great-grandmother of one of them - will be back in court this morning. A hearing is scheduled before Judge Timothy Van Akkeren to determine if 13 year old Antonio Barbeau is competent to stand trial. He is facing a first degree murder charge along with 13 year old Nathan Paape. The teens have been charged as adults, but Van Akkeren is also expected to schedule a hearing on a reverse waiver, which would move the case into juvenile court. Paape and Barbeau allegedly robbed and murdered 78 year old Barbara Olson in her Sheboygan Falls home. Her body was discovered on September 18th by her daughter. The boys were arrested the following day following an all-night investigation.
