MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WHBL) - Home prices and home sales are on the rebound in the Sheboygan area.  According to the Wisconsin Realtors Association, the median price of a home in Sheboygan last month was 118,000 - up 9 percent from a year ago.  Home sales in April totaled 108, compared to just 78 in April of last year.  The Association said home sales are up statewide and have apparently turned the corner after the recession.
