CHILTON, Wis. (WHBL) - Police yesterday caught up with a Chilton man wanted in connection with the bank robbery in the village of Sherwood last Friday.  Calumet County Sheriff Mark Ott said 45 year old Jeffrey Lowery was taken into custody without incident at a hotel in the city of Milwaukee.  The alleged getaway driver, 50 year old Ricky Rutkowski of New Holstein, was arrested over the weekend.  Lowery was allegedly the man who walked into the bank, said he had a gun and had planted a bomb in a nearby school, and demanded money.
