SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man who was passed out on heroin while waiting for his son outside of Cooper Elementary School last week will stand trial. 23 year old Brian Allee appeared in Sheboygan County Court this week for a preliminary hearing on felony drug and misdemeanor child neglect charges. He pleaded not guilty and a trial was set for June 13th. Authorities said Allee had arrived at the school to pick up his son when he shot up on heroin and was passed out when his son got to the car.
