RICE LAKE, WI (WTAQ) - A Rice Lake special education teacher has pleaded not guilty to having sex with a pair of 17-year-old male students.

30-year-old Andrea Ebert of Cameron waived a preliminary hearing and entered her pleas Thursday to two felony charges of sexual assault by a school staffer. She’s due back in court on May 21st.

For now, Ebert remains free on a signature bond – and until the case is resolved, she remains on unpaid administrative leave from the Rice Lake School District.

Authorities said Ebert had sexual contact about 2 to 3 times with each boy from last November through January. And she allegedly sent the boys nude photos of herself to their cell-phones.
