MADISON, WI (WHBL) - Four games are on tap for today, as the state girls’ high school basketball tournament opens at the Kohl Center in Madison. The Division-Five semi-finals are up first. Defending champion Wausau Newman will kick things off against Owen-Withee at 1:35. And then unbeaten Seneca will take on Milwaukee Heritage Christian. Semi-finals in Division-Four will be played tonight. Defending champion Eau Claire Regis goes against Oshkosh Lourdes. And the day’s final game will have unbeaten Neillsville taking on Howards Grove. Semi-finals in the other three divisions will be played tomorrow. That will include Oostburg, which is scheduled to play its Division 3 semifinal game at 10:30 a.m. Friday against East Troy. Title games in all five groups are set for Saturday.
