SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man is facing numerous charges for allegedly arriving at school to pick up his 6 year old son, shooting up heroin, then passing out in his car. 23 year old Brian Allee is facing a count of child neglect, and two counts of possession after the little boy ran back into Cooper School after class on Tuesday and said, “I can’t wake daddy up.” When officers arrived, they found Allee passed out in the drivers’ seat, a used needle in the car along with heroin, and an 8 month old child in the back seat. The childrens' grandmother was called to come pick up the kids and Allee is being held in the county jail. He's facing 4 years in prison if convicted.
