Price saw off competition from Victoria Beckham and British actress Amanda Holden to land the prize, five years after she first received the honour.
It's a welcome nod for the hard-working Brit, who has had to combine a successful career with raising her children - nine-year old Harvey, Junior, six, and five-year-old Princess Tiaamii - single-handed since splitting from pop singer Peter Andre.
She says, ""Being a mum is one of the most rewarding jobs in the world but it can also be very hard work - especially juggling a busy career with three kids. Even when you have friends and family to support you, it makes a huge difference to hear someone say you're doing a good job, and winning Celebrity Mum of the Year for the second time feels like a huge triumph, especially because it's chosen by the public.""
Competition sponsors Foxy Bingo praised Price as a ""wonderful role model for mothers faced with the difficulties of juggling work and motherhood, especially with the challenges she has faced with Harvey"".
Harvey, the star's son from her relationship with former soccer player Dwight Yorke, suffers from autism and partial blindness. Aussie singer Andre is the father of Junior and Princess Tiaamii.
Last year's winner, reality TV star Stacey Solomon, was banned from the contest earlier this month (Mar12) after she was photographed smoking while heavily pregnant.
