There's no two ways about it: Jennifer Lopez is in great shape. Whether you've seen her rocking a new look on the red carpet or being featured on the cover of a magazine, she always manages to maintain a fabulously fit figure. But what's her secret?
Hollywood.com exclusively chatted with the superstar's personal trainer, Tracy Anderson, and got a better look inside her vigorous workout regime. The key is dedication -- something JLo has never struggled with. Anderson shared that even despite the American Idol judge's hectic schedule, ""She always gets her workout in when she can and has been very consistent.""
Additionally, Anderson (who has also worked with the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow and Nicole Richie) revealed how Lopez managed to bounce back into shape after having her twins, Max and Emme. According to Anderson, ""[Lopez] tried a lot of things but like Gwyneth she is a smart woman with not a lot of time to mess around...I design her training to let her shine. Her talent and work ethic amaze me!"" And the results speak for themselves; J.Lo's never looked better.
Anderson's technique consists of an assortment of cardio dance routines that target the body's smaller muscle groups. Her main emphasis is repetition, repetition, repetition. So as long as her clients are willing to put in the work, they'll see results -- and Lopez clearly has.
We can expect to see this diva's flawless figure for many years to come.
