RACINE, WI (WTAQ) - Racine authorities say a 25 year old man has been arrested after a three month old girl showed up at a hospital with serious injuries.

The suspect and his one year old son lived in the same house with the victim. She was not the man’s daughter.

The Department of Children and Families reports the little girl had head trauma consistent with being shaken. She also was found to have broken ribs which were healing.

The one year old boy has been place in the custody of Racine County authorities.
