SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - Former Calumet County District Attorney Ken Kratz finds out his fate next Tuesday at a hearing. The Office of Lawyer Regulation had filed a complaint against Kratz. He pleaded no contest yesterday. Kratz was accused of sending sexy text messages to a woman while he was prosecuting her husband for domestic abuse. He was also accused of forcing a woman he prosecuted to have sex with him. He doesn’t face any criminal charges, but he could have his license to practice law suspended for up to six months. Kratz says he is just trying to put what he calls his ordeal behind him.
