PLYMOUTH, Wis. (WHBL) - The Wisconsin DOT is holding an informational meeting to discuss improvements to a number of intersections to Highway 23.  Kim Rudat with the DOT says the meeting will take place Tuesday night from 5-7 at the city of Plymouth Fire station.  The DOT is looking at improving the intersections at 23 and OJ/L, County E, Pleasant View Road, and County M.  This meeting does not involve the separate Hwy 23 Corridor Preservation study from County P to Hwy 32.
