SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Sheboygan County's new Economic Development Director is making the rounds in Sheboygan County, spreading the message of what he hopes to accomplish.  Randy Hopper appeared before the Sheboygan City Council on Monday and Tuesday night was in front of the Sheboygan County Board.  Hopper, a former state senator, took over the post last week.
