SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - The Sheboygan Police Department is ramping up their efforts to avoid retaliation from Sunday morning’s fatal shooting that took place at the south-side Sheboygan Wal-Mart. Police Chief Chris Domagalski tells WHBL News they have confirmed that the shooting was gang related, and there could be retaliation by rival gang members. Domagalski says anytime something like this happens, there is posturing on both sides, and they are working to stay ahead of things and send out the proper message to other gang members to try and prevent it. The 21 year old shooter is being held in the county jail, awaiting formal charges for fatally wounding 20 year old Pheng Lee and injuring a 21 year old Sheboygan man during the altercation Sunday morning.
