SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man is facing multiple sexual assault charges after allegedly touching two young girls over a period of several months.  35 year old Hugh Billie, Jr. was charged Wednesday after the two girls approached their mother on December 31 and told them that Hugh had touched then numerous times over the course of several months.  According to the criminal complaint, Hugh would offer to take the girls places and, while travelling, would touch the girls.  When they threatened to tell on him, he gave them a sad look, and asked them not to.  During questioning, Hugh admitted to touching the girls, saying he’d tried very hard to quit, but could not.  If convicted of both felony charges, he’s facing a combined 100 years behind bars.
