SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A new and improved ice rink will be ready to go in the South Pier District on Saturday.  Harbor Center BID Manager Randy Schwoerer said A.C.E. Building has donated a poly vinyl liner to make the ice smoother and more consistent and Prairie States is supplying the rental skates.  This year’s rink is located between the new Anglers Avenue and South Pier Ice Cream and will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
