SPRING LAKE, MI (WHTC) - A 22-year-old Fruitport woman who apparently drove through a stop sign at a four-way stop in Spring Lake Township caused a three-vehicle pileup that hospitalized two persons. Authorities ticketed Tiffany Landers following the crash, as the force of the collision between her car and another vehicle that was crossing through the intersection of 148th Avenue and State Road caused that other vehicle to careen into a stopped sedan across the way. A passenger in Landers' car, 20-year-old Brittany Alisco of Fruitport, along with the driver of the crossing vehicle, 64-year-old Georgia Braginton of Nunica, were taken to North Ottawa Community Hospital for treatment of minor injuries; Landers and the other driver involved, 72-year-old David Boertman of Muskegon, were not hurt.
