UNDATED (WKZO)  --  Seven states including Michigan have sued over the federal government's controversial contraception rule. The action is linked to a controversial Obama Administration rule that mandates that religious organizations have health insurance offering contraception and other birth control services. Nebraska AG Jon Bruning says the White House decision to require it of insurance companies and not the institutions is an accounting gimmick.
