FITCHBURG, Wis (WSAU) Four people are dead after a roll-over crash in Fitchburg on Saturday night. The 18-year-old driver survived the wreck. Victor Benitez will be charged with homicide by drunk driving.
The vehicle was on Lucy Road around 5pm when it went through a stop sign, hit a utility pole, and rolled over. Four of the victims were ejected. No one was wearing a seatbelt.
A police report say the driver fled the scene on foot, and was arrested a few blocks away from the crash.
The names of the victims will be released later today.

There was a one-car rollover on Highway 29 in Wittenberg on Saturday.
The Shawano County sheriffs department says 42-year-old Kue Xiong of Weston crashed into the guardrail near Highway 45 around 4am. He survived the crash. His condition has not been released.
The accident report says speed and icy road conditions were factors in the crash. The road was closed for about an hour while the wreck was cleared.

Two mini-vans crashed near downtown Wausau near the intersections of Scott and 5th Street. The accident happened around 5pm on Sunday afternoon. One of the vans went through a red light.
There were no injuries.
