SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man is facing a charge of 1^st degree sexual assault of a child for allegedly having sexual contact with a 9 year old girl.  46 year old Jerry Erwin was charged after the victim told a school counselor about the incident and she contacted Sheboygan Police.  Authorities said it allegedly happened last October in a home that Irwin shares with the victim’s mother.  Erwin denies doing it.  He is facing up to 60 years in prison.
