SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - The Sheboygan City Council will take up the sale of land to the owners of the Blue Harbor Resort for a gambling casino when aldermen convene Monday night for their regular meeting.  The Redevelopment Authority last week recommended that city officials grant an option for Claremont New Frontier to purchase four lots adjacent to Blue Harbor for $650,000 and then to work with the Sokaogon Chippewa to obtain approval for a casino.  The proposal will have to get the council’s stamp of approval before the process, which could take several years and a referendum, can begin. Aldermen convene at 7pm Monday in the council chambers of city hall.
