SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - The Executive Director of the United Way of Sheboygan County has died.  According to the United Way website, Bill Weissert died early Monday after a short battle with cancer.  He was 60 years old.  Weissert had headed the United Way since 2003 and was responsible for merging the Sheboygan, Plymouth and Sheboygan Falls agencies.  He had been ill for the past month.  A memorial service in Sheboygan County is being planned for after the holidays.  .
