MILWAUKEE, WI (WHBL) - Back-to-back home runs by John Mayberry Junior and Erick Kratz powered the Philadelphia Phillies to a 4-3 win over Milwaukee Saturday night. The loss snapped an eight-game home winning streak for the Brewers. Philly left hander Cole Hamels struck out 10 batters, allowing eight hits and three runs in seven and two-thirds innings. He walked only one, but gave up a two-run homer to Ryan Braun - his 33rd. Aramis Ramirez also had a home run. It was the second straight subpar outing for Mike Fiers, whose record fell to 6-6. Fiers gave up four runs in five innings of work. The series wraps up this afternoon at Miller Park with Randy Wolf getting the start for the Brewers. Coverage on WHBL begins at 12:35.
