SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man is facing his 9th drunk driving charge after driving into a mini mart on Indiana Avenue and rear-ending a parked van with a mother and two small children inside last Saturday. They weren’t injured and 44 year old Stanley Balma allegedly left the scene. He was later located by investigating officers as he returned home. He was charged with drunk driving, hit and run and driving while revoked. Balma is facing up to 11 years in prison if convicted on all counts.
