SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - The Sheboygan man charged with reckless homicide in the shooting death of 24 year old Brandon Davis was arraigned yesterday in Sheboygan County Court.  27 year old Ronnie Polk appeared in front of Judge James Bolgert and pleaded not guilty to the homicide charge.  During a preliminary hearing last month, testimony from a medical examiner stated Davis died of a gunshot wound on the night of June 16, following an argument concerning gang activity.  A detective, who spoke with Polk, said Polk admitted it was his first time using the firearm, and he said he didn't know the gun was loaded.  A trial date hasn't been set, and Polk is being held in the county jail.
