Cops were called to the 22 year old's apartment after he was reportedly embroiled in a bust-up with friend Calvin Swint in the early hours of the morning.

According to New York Post gossip column Page Six, he resisted arrest and officers found cocaine at the scene.

He was arraigned at Manhattan Criminal Court on Tuesday night on charges of possessing a stimulant, resisting arrest and assault with intent to cause physical injury.

Klein, 69, has been dating the former porn star on and off for several years.
