Charlize Theron priorities now circle around one person: her adopted son, Jackson. And like any new mother, she can't help but brag about her baby boy. In the May issue of Vogue UK, the single 36-year-old Oscar winner opens up about her 4-month-old bundle of joy, calling him ""the coolest kid ever.""
""He's incredible -- the greatest gift. He is the coolest kid ever,"" she gushes. ""I've always been very honest in saying I wanted a family. I've always known I wanted a family. I don't think my mom could wait anymore!""
As far as what kind of parent she hopes to be, Theron shares that she plans on following in her mother's footsteps. ""[I hope] to be like my mom,"" she says. ""Fair, tough, loving and supportive. My mom has made it possible for me to be who I am. Our family is everything. Her greatest skill was encouraging me to find my own person and own independence.""
But that doesn't mean the Young Adult beauty plans on taking a break from her acting career. On the contrary, the busy actress will once again hit the silver screen playing the Evil Queen in Snow White and the Huntsman, which is scheduled to hit theaters June 1. She may want to keep baby Jackson home for that one.
