GRAND CHUTE, WI (WTAQ) - Police say they have arrested and charged a suspect in Sunday’s improvised explosion at the Planned Parenthood clinic in Grand Chute. Nobody was injured and damage done was minimal when the homemade bomb went off in an exam room. The suspect, 50-year-old Francis G. Grady from Grand Chute is being was being held on a probation warrant after getting into an accident in Kaukauna shortly after leaving the scene. The FBI says A witness told authorities they saw a white vehicle leaving the area after the explosion. Surveilance footage also showed a white SUV involved in the incident. An arrest warrant was issued for arson charges against Grady late Tuesday. The Planned Parenthood clinic, which is one of three in the state that offers abortions, reopened Tuesday morning.
