SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man is facing a felony charge of child abuse after allegedly throwing his son’s 14 year old friend across the room  last Sunday.  31 year old Luke Fenske Sr. was formally charged Monday in Sheboygan County Court with the felony charge, which carries a 3 ½ year prison term if convicted.  According to the criminal complaint, the child came home crying and saying that Fenske’s son had punched him.  Fenske then threw him across the room after the two young boys had gotten into a physical fight over a video game.  Fenske admitted to authorities that he’d not only thrown the child across the room, but also hit him in the genitals before throwing the child out of his house.
