SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - One of the two Sheboygan teens busted stealing stereo equipment from a garage Wednesday night has been charged in Sheboygan County Court.  17 year old Victor Ramirez was charged with felony burglary Friday after officers spotted him and another teen carrying a pair of home stereo speakers and a receiver down the sidewalk near 8^th and Kentucky around 11 Wednesday night.  When officers tried to apprehend the teens they both fled, but Ramirez finally gave up and was arrested.  The items stolen ended up at the home of the other teen, and were returned to their owner.  If convicted, Ramirez is facing 12 years in prison.
