SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan woman is facing numerous charges following a domestic dispute that ended up with her at a local bar early Sunday morning.  27 year old Laticia Usumbura was formally charged Monday in Sheboygan County Court with 2 counts of child abandonment for leaving her children home alone and going out drinking.  According to the criminal complaint, police were called to the home at 717 Spring Avenue that she shares with her boyfriend after the two were making a scene and not getting along.  The police finally asked the boyfriend to leave and, while he was preparing to leave, noticed Usumbura was nowhere to be found, and their two young boys were at home alone.  Police finally located Usumbura at a local bar, arrested her and took her to jail.  When she was booked and had her photo taken, she began to laugh, and thought the whole situation was funny and didn’t care what happened.  If convicted, Usumbura could spend 20 years in prison.
