MILWAUKEE, WI (WTAQ) - A second man was found guilty today for an execution-style slaying in Milwaukee in 2009. A jury convicted 28-year-old Raphfeal Myrick of first-degree intentional homicide in the death of 20-year-old Marquise Harris. Prosecutors said Myrick and Justin Winston kidnapped Harris, drove him for a few blocks, and shot him 13 times with an assault rifle and a handgun. Authorities said the defendants were upset with Harris’ best friend over the way that man was treating his girlfriend – who was related to both Winston and Myrick. Winston was convicted in July and was sentenced to life in prison with no chance for a supervised release. Myrick could get the same sentence.
