SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - The Sheboygan man who stole a County Highway Pickup Truck in August was sentenced Monday in Sheboygan County Court.  Judge Timothy Van Akkern sentenced 43 year old Randall Graham to 3 years in prison and 3 years on extended supervision for stealing a ½ ton pickup truck and fleeing while being questioned by police in an interview room at the Police Department in mid-August.  Graham ditched the pickup truck, which was later located, and was  arrested following a high speed chase through Sheboygan the next day, while driving a different vehicle.
