ROCK COUNTY, Wis. (WTAQ) - Saturday, a Janesville woman and her two young sons were killed in a crash in Rock County when her husband skidded into the path of an oncoming minivan.

Sheriff’s Department officials said alcohol did not appear to be a factor but the driver, 39-year-old Bernardo Sandoval, was not wearing a seat belt.

Elvira Sanchez-Sandoval and 6-year-old Diego Sandoval died at the scene.

Four-year-old Alan Sandoval died of his injuries at a Madison hospital.
