Michigan Football Coach Brady Hoke confirmed Wednesday that safety Ray Vinopal has left the team with the sophomore transferring to Pitt. Vinopal, who started six games for the Wolverines last season, wanted to be closer to his family’s home in Youngstown, Ohio, which is about an hour away from the Pittsburgh campus.
