Town of Scott, Wis. (WHBL) - A Town of Scott man was injured last night in an ATV accident. The Sheriff’s Department said 49- year- old Joel Helminger of the town of Scott was taken to St. Nicholas Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  Sgt. Jason Liermann said Helminger was operating the ATV on private property along County Road A about 7:30 last night when he made a turn and was thrown from the machine which rolled on top of him.  Batavia First Responders and Random Lake Ambulance responded and transported Helminger to the hospital.
