TOWN OF LYNDON, Wis. (WHBL) - A town of Lyndon teen was airlifted to Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee after being stepped on by a horse. The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department received a 911 call about the incident which occurred about 4:30 Tuesday on County Trunk I and W west of Hingham. Sgt. Jason Liermann said the 16- year- old girl, whose name is not being released, was brushing a horse when she tripped and fell, spooking the horse which then stepped on her head. Liermann said the girl was conscious and alert but bleeding from the head when she was transported by Flight for Life.
